I suck at street fighter 2

What happened to my nimble little fingers? They used to be able to rotate right, down, right-down, punch so well.. but alas ken’s dragon upper cut has left me. So has chunli’s bird kick or whatever it is called. I have become one of the fodder in street fighter 2 on xbox 360..
