Big Fish..

Over the weekend had the teeth drilled, the drilling, the smoke, and so on didn’t really bother me. What got to me was the fact that the dentist had to pull back my gums to do it and once the novicane wore off I was in pain for the rest of the night. I wasn’t even able to eat my dinner at outback that night and spent the entire night awake. Hence why I missed my department wide meeting on wednesday.
That aside though I spent the weekend finishing up alot of the northern caches from my house and now must travel over 15 miles, as the bird flies, to find a cache I haven’t done.
Thursday night we saw the movie Big Fish.. Excellent movie that anybody who enjoys good movies should go see..
Loved a story they had in it that I will attempt to reproduce here(According to a friend this came from somewhere else as he had heard it before):
One night while sleeping, I dreamt that my aunt was going to die. Scared to death I ran into my parents room to tell them what I dreamt. The assured me it was just a nightmare and told me to go back to bed. The next morning over breakfast we recieved the phone call. My aunt had passed away a few hours earlier.
That night it was hard for me to go to sleep, but when I did fall asleep I dreamt that my dad had died. I quickly ran into the bedroom and told my parents what I had dreamt. This time they seemed a bit more concerned but told me to go back to bed as it was just a coincidence and a nightmare.
I could not sleep at all, and when I went downstairs for breakfast, it was obvious they couldn’t sleep either. My father looked like a nervouse wreck avoiding even using a knife to cut his sausages up. I went off to school after saying goodbye to everyone and my father went off to work.
When I came home from school my father looked even worst. It looked like he had spent the entire day hiding and running but he was still alive. I asked him how the day was and he said “It looks like your dream was off, I made it through the day without dying, but the mailman passed away on our doorstep this morning”.
