Ok, I don’t think the above test is too great. I mean, I am a very spiritual person and I am an enemy of the church. I guess I do side alot with atheist in their understandings of the world, but where we differ is in the sources or first causes. Ohh well, I guess I can at least be happy that the Atheist in the picture looks cool in the matrixie type trench coat.

After browsing through a friends journal I happened upon a journal entry where someone was browsing through another journal and discovered that there is a new Gibson book out. I quickly went to Amazon.com and preordered this bad boy. Make sure you do it too. It is being released on Feb. 3rd.

Poor dakota is wagging her tail and jumping around today. She is back to her usual rowdy self. Of course, she’s not supposed to be active or jumping around because she could tear her stitches. Her face also has this new longness that is soo much sadder than her whole face. I’m thinking though the long face is just because she might have lost some weight from not being able to eat for a couple of days now. Poor Dakota…

Yet another test that everyone seems to be getting the same answer on… Someone needs to police these quizzes to make sure they are real quizzes that have multiple outcomes..

My poor puppy got fixed today. She is soooo down now. She’s stoned out of her mind and is just sleeping. She’s got this “Why did you do this to me” look on her poor face… When I got her home, she felt so bad she wouldn’t even get out of the car, she just stayed on the back seat.

Just got back from the Greek food fest. I wasn’t sattisified with it this year. Last years was a lot better with much better displays and sales tables. The Gyros this year weren’t even that good. Makes me want to go back to Athens, Greece to visit Pita Pan and have a real Greek Gyro.

Western Digital announced the release of 250 gigabyte drives. Think about the implications here. When we just recently broke the 1 gigabyte and then the 100 gigabyte barrier, we will be at the 1 terrabyte level very soon. Even today, it is entierly possible that someone could stripe just four of these drives to create a 1 terrabyte storage system.

And now for a proctology joke…

It was the first day at proctology school when the professor walked into the classroom. Lying on the table at the head of the class was a sheet with something underneath it. The professor walks up to the desk and pulls off the sheet revealing a dead body face down.

“The first rule of proctology is to never be disgusted about anything related to the body.” Said the professor as he stuck his finger in the corpses ass and then proceeded to suck on his finger.

Needless to say the entire classroom was disgusted at this, and even more so when the professor advised them that they would have to each get in line and do it themselves now. Slowly one by one the students stuck their fingers in the corpses ass and then sucked on them before going back to their seats. After the last student was done.

“The second rule of proctology is to pay close attention. I stucked my index finger in the corpses ass but sucked on my middle finger.” The professor said while grinning from ear to ear.

I’ve finally got a spare minute to post on this thing. For those of you at MegaCorp TM, I’m certain you know what I’m talking about. For those less informed, The friggin SQL worm has kept us busy. I’m just happy and lucky I don’t have to field calls from angy customers, instead I’ve got to field calls from angry managers and directors and such. Ohh well, we all have our enemys.

Anyways. I just wanted to make sure I posted something to let the world know that I do still exist.

Ok, got frustrated with windows again so it’s time to switch. For those of you who do not know, I’m one of those admins that every 6 months switches back and forth between running a unix server and a windows server. I really don’t have a reason for it except I don’t feel like adminin two servers at once for my personal use and I just change to what ever server operating system I need at the moment. For example, I was running windows 2000 recently for the website because I wanted to learn as much asp and asp.net as possible. Now I’m not playing around with ASP or ASP.NET but I’m going to be hosting multiple domains mail on my server so I’m changing back to FreeBSD this week.
